EVLA procedures are typically covered in full by Medicare and private health insurance carriers. Endovenous laser treatments, EVLA, typically take less than 2 hours to perform and require mild sedation and local anesthesia. Advanced Surgical Concepts also offers Radiofrequency Endovenous Ablation with the newer VNUS Closure technique. As a result, these procedures result in very little or no down time.
